“Lead Up” Adolescents Learning Development Program
Thousands of adolescents in rural and tribal communities face challenges such as limited access to health information, leadership opportunities, and climate education. The Lead Up Adolescents Learning Development Program equips young people with the knowledge, confidence, and skills they need to become leaders and changemakers in their communities.
Through adolescent clubs, young people gain:
- Leadership and life skills
- Health and wellbeing education
- Mental health awareness
- Menstrual hygiene support
- Climate and environmental action training
- Opportunities to lead community initiatives
Over three years, the program aims to establish 30 adolescent clubs, empower 750–900 young people, and inspire healthier, stronger, and more resilient communities
